You said yes, we said yes — now the paperwork. This form must be completed for contracting & distribution of your Goodbrother release. Everything here goes straight into your agreement and the release build, so double-check spellings. Takes ~10 minutes.

THE RELEASE

1. Artist name * Exactly as it should appear on Spotify, Apple Music and all DSPs.

2. Track title * The name of the track you're signing with Goodbrother.

3. Contact email * Used to send your contract and payment communications.

4. What type of track is this? *

5. Has this track been released on streaming services already? *

6. Audio file * Google Drive link (with share permissions ON) or Dropbox link to the final master WAV. No WeTransfer — links expire.

7. Genre * The lane this release lives in.

8. Do you have a PRO (Performance Rights Organization)? * E.g. ASCAP, BMI, PRS, GEMA, SACEM. If yes, name it and add your writer name/IPI if you know it.

9. TikTok clip start point * The moment in the song where the short-form clip should start, in mm:ss.

10. Does this release contain explicit language? *

THE ARTISTS

11. Artist 1 info * Fill every line. Legal name = both first and last name, as on ID.

12. Artist 2 info Only if more than one artist — otherwise skip.

13. Artist 3 info Only if more than two artists — otherwise skip.

14. Are you under the age of 18? * If yes, a parent or legal guardian will need to co-sign the agreement.

MONEY & RIGHTS

15. RouteNote account email * We pay your split directly through RouteNote SplitShare, monthly. A RouteNote account is free — if you don't have one yet, write "need setup" and we'll send you a guide.

16. Master splits (adding to 100) * The split of the master between you and any collaborators. List name + percentage per party. Do NOT include Goodbrother's share.

17. Publishing splits (adding to 100) * The split of the composition between all writers. List name + percentage per party. Do NOT include Goodbrother.

18. Cover art preferences We create the cover art in-house, free of charge, to the Goodbrother guidelines. Drop any references, moodboard links or hard no's here.

19. AI disclosure * Does this track contain AI-generated or AI-assisted vocals or production elements? If yes, describe what and how.

20. I certify that I own or control 100% of the rights to all sounds & samples used in this recording. *
